So, Mr Thompson... Thank You! Thank you for being an amazing Physician! Truly, grateful for everything you have done to help me. Your A1 expert advice, your lighting speed communication, your good office with the Lister and manoeuvring Imaging and the early slot of the Op itself. A true professional. So, thank you for selecting the A-team for the Op!

I am in safe hands with Mr Thompson, all your patients rave about you. He has checked in with me almost every day since the op and even prior was keeping me updated. Truly exceptional. As I know in my own industry and working with the best business leaders in the world for decades .. they might well be genius .. but if their support team is below par ... they will never make the top 1% of success.

Mr Thompson, you probably know you're good at your job but let me tell you! You are exceptional. As I mentioned in my note to the CEO of the Lister your bedside manner, your care for your patients and your style of communication match your excellence as a doctor. If you were a business leader you would 100% be in the company of Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Richard Branson.

You are not just a pretty face but deliver too! And, you are probably unaware of this but EVERY time I would mention ur name in the hospital to any one of the staff... they each would say “OMG, we love him, he’s sooooo wonderful to work with” ... and that came from imaging to nursing ... and even my fav of all time Prof Leslie said you are in the best hands. He Spoke highly of you I won’t allow your head to swell further by sharing what he said about you but was in full praise. So, that coming from a senior physician with no interest in inflating your ego was impressive.

Whilst, my procedure was a minor one to you... it was pretty major for me. I have been beating myself up for years and pushed myself and my body to its breaking point limits ... and to finally know I wasn’t crazy (feels mildly life-changing)!

I have always had a very tough and often hard side to my character and personality... which in my industry was survival and spending years on the front line in charge of situations and dealing one-one with the most intimidating Putin types and for me was a walk in the park I was NEVER able to understand why my leg would not cooperate with me! Then you explained the findings from the MRI! ... and bingo! Felt like I won the lottery. Thank you for being the hands to fix me! I’ve probably gone waaaay off track now but, just wanted to acknowledge your excellence and also your hand in this new phase in my life!!
