The Fred Whitton Challenge

Please pass on my thanks to Simon regarding my knee. I had the knee op on 12 November. Almost exactly 6 months later I completed one of the hardest bike rides in the UK, The Fred Whitton Challenge 112 miles, 3600m of climbing and ramps up to 30% with no pain and no issues during or after. Amazing! ( me in the blue below). I just wanted to let him know. Please say thanks again to Simon for his excellent help!
