Ran 5k comfortably for the first time in 8years

Revision ACL reconstruction was performed by Simon after failed ACL surgery elsewhere and subsequent severe meniscal damage.

I ran 5k this morning, comfortably, and my knee feels absolutely fine. I think that’s the first time I’ve been able to run 5k in about 8 years - and it’s the first time I’ve done it without knee support since my original ACL tear in 1992.
