Sking without pain or knee brace

Simon operated on my knee after it locked (as he predicted 4 weeks prior) after 1 run on the family skiing holiday. 

Simon farmed a new ACL from my hamstring, and repaired and trimmed my meniscus. I wanted to be strapped up so I wouldn't be restricted with a brace, which he managed to do. Each stage was explained thoroughly and professionally, including clearly explaining the possible complications, none of which occurred and I've just returned from the family skiing holiday without any pain and having skied as normal. 

Didn't even need a brace.
